FAQs
How do I book a court?
Open My booking and select Request booking. Choose a date and hours, then select Join open play or Reserve whole court.
How do I pay?
After requesting, use the GCash QR or number shown at checkout and submit your reference number. Wait for owner verification. Do not pay a whole-court request while it is under admin review.
When will my booking be confirmed?
Your request stays pending until the owner verifies your payment and confirms it. Whole-court requests with existing players require admin approval before payment.
What is open play?
Open play is a shared session on a set court and time — you pay per player and play with whoever else joins.
I lost my confirmation link — what do I do?
Open My booking on the same device, or use your six-digit booking code in Find my booking.
